Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect diagnoses, medical condition names, medication information, or medical history, and we do not provide fields for them. We only ask for travel logistics such as difficulty with stairs or long walks. The itinerary validator needs mobility conditions, not medical diagnoses.

How We Use the Information

To prepare travel suggestions and itineraries
To respond to consultation requests and provide estimated quotes
To improve suggestion quality by analysing which options are saved or removed

Sharing With Third Parties

Estimated quotes and travel contracts are handled by registered partner travel agencies. When you submit a consultation request, we share your trip conditions and contact details with the relevant partner. Your consent is required before this sharing takes place.

Use of AI

We use AI to draft suggestions. AI-generated content is reviewed by an operator before publication or sending. Prices, transport schedules, and medical-related information are not presented as confirmed facts without operator review. AI processing logs do not include customer contact details.

Retention Period

Consultation information is retained for two years after the consultation ends and is then deleted. Please contact the office below for deletion, access, or correction requests.
