Riding the bus
Board at the front door and tap your card. Check the route number and destination before you get on.
Riding the subway
Tap your card at the gate to enter. Busan Metro runs Lines 1 to 4 plus the Gimhae Light Rail.
Transit card (T-money, etc.)
Buy and top up at convenience stores or stations. One card works on buses, the subway, and taxis.
SIM and mobile data
Prepare an eSIM before you go, or buy one locally. Data-only plans are the simplest.
Currency and cash
Exchange at the airport, banks, or counters in the city. Using cards alongside cash is reassuring.

Hail one on the street or use a ride-hailing app. Show the destination on a map or in Korean.
